From a crowler filled 02/16/18
Appearance - Poured into a 16oz tulip, slight haze and pale yellow in color with a white, half finger's width head that fizzes away like soda, leaving a barren surface with suds fizzing up from the bottom. No lacing.
Smell - Fruity, almost rhubarb pie-like aroma with the cinnamon and vanilla adding those elements to the aromatic character.
Taste - Follows the nose. Tangy fruit that tastes more like rhubarb than mango, while the cinnamon and vanilla add nice depth and compliment the tartness.
Mouthfeel - Light-bodied with tingly, bitey carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, bone dry finish.
Overall - Really tasty brew. Actually not far off from the Poremba Punch Gose they released some 3 months ago or so, minus the salty component, although there's certainly a dry, puckery element to it given the sourness.
