Had on-tap at Claimstake Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a pint, hazed and golden yellow with a thin, broken layer of white suds sitting atop. Good amount of lacing with broken webbing, lines and spotting decorating the glass.
Smell - Light citrus, floral character and a hint of honeydew melon.
Taste - Follows the nose. Light citrusy character met by a touch of melon and floral hops. Generic 'white bread' malt sweetness that found in the finish with faint orange pith bitterness; more sweet than bitter.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a refreshing finish.
Overall - A light and refreshing IPA. Actually it could stand to have a bit more bite, IMO. Not their best IPA, but its crushable.
