No canned on date, but canned 01/02/18
Appearance - Pours hazy and mellow yellow in color with an off-white, near two-finger width head. Good retention before settling to a thin, broken layer of suds, thickening up around the edge of the glass. Strong lacing, with chunks of it decorating a good portion of the glass.
Smell - Citrusy aroma with lesser leafiness. Faint earthiness and dank.
Taste - Decent amount of citrus upfront with a touch of mild earth sitting beneath it. Lesser mango and faint dank. Mid-taste brings a hint of pineapple, and with it an acidic bite that site on the tongue in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair carbonation. Slick, silky drinker that goes down easy as hell.
Overall - While I prefer the sister beer Ivar (or brother rather, given the names) this is still pretty damn good, and again affirms that no-boil IPAs might be the next hot trend given their deliciousness, drinkability and stupid quick brew time.
