From tasting notes 10/03/19
Had on-tap at Claimstake Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a pint, slight haze and golden yellow in color with a thin, broken layer of suds. Good lacing with broken sheeting, lined and spotting.
Smell - Classic mosaic aroma with tropical, stonefruit and some citrus notes.
Taste - Follows the nose. Nice, flavorful notes of citrus, mango, and lesser stonefruit pit nuttiness. Finishes much the same, though mild pit nuttiness tends to linger the longest.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a crisp, mostly dry finish.
Overall - Really good single hop Mosaic. Might rival New Glory's SH mosaic. A side by side would be awesome one day, but unlikely.
