From tasting notes 10/03/19
Had on-tap at Claimstake Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a pint, crystal clear and pure gold in color with a thin, broken layer of surface suds. Good amount of lacing, with broken webbing, lined and small spotting.
Smell - Citrusy, tropical and with a fair amount of dank as well.
Taste - Follows the nose. Unmistakable mosaic hop flavor with notes of mango and peach pit, while a fair amount of dank character finds its footing by midtaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a slightly dry finish.
Overall - Pretty damn good West coast DIPA. Mosaic really shines here. Maybe a bit more dank than I like, but it helps to balance the tropical sweetness.
