Had on-tap at Claimstake Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a standard pint, crystal clear and yellowish-gold in color, mostly barren in surface, with a razor thin ring around the edge of the glass.
Smell - That nice fruity, mosaic aroma hits first, mild citrus, some tropical notes, and light earthiness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Balanced. Citrusy and tropical fruitiness, touch of spice and earth. Finish lingers with a hint of grapefruit pith, dank and trace of blueberry.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with fair carbonation. Slick, smooth, easy drinker before a slightly dry finish.
Overall - Tasty West Coaster. Mosaic is the star here. It might be my favorite hop, so no surprise I'm loving this.
