From tasting notes 12/24/19
Had on-tap at Claimstake Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a Willi pint, hazed and orange in color with a mostly barren surface. No lacing.
Smell - Juicy, citrusy and pineapple aroma with a trace of pine.
Taste - Juicy fruitiness upfront, with orange, white grapefruit, pineapple and a touch of passionfruit. Hint of pine and a spice bite mid-taste. Finish is lightly pithy.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with moderate carbonation. Slick, smooth drinker before a very dry finish.
Overall - Pretty good hazy. Lots of West coast influence, but plenty of juiciness as well. My only complaint is it finishes drier than I like.
