16 oz. can into a nonic pint (canned 12 days ago ... drink local).
Pours a hazy orange with a foam head that dissipated quickly.
Tropical herbal aroma.
Delicious bitter grapefruit. A bit dank and resinous. Finish is slightly sweet.
I was pleasantly surprised by this beer. Liked it more than I have other SMASH brews.

Canned 04/08/20
Appearance - Pours with a vague haze (mostly clear) and light golden orange in color with a white, near finger width head. Fair retention results in a thin, broken layer of suds across the surface, thickening up slightly around the edge to create a ring. Some broken webbing, lines and small spotting make up a decent lacing.
Smell - Fruity, slightly piney aroma with whiffs of cattiness and a fair, bready undertone.
Taste - Follows the nose. Mild citrus, a bit of pineapple, slight dank and earth, and then a neutral bready undertone. Finishes with mild citrus, pineapple and faint cattiness.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a mostly dry finish.
Overall - Never been a SMASH beer guy unless it was homebrew, figuring out the different hop flavors, nor have I been a big fan of Comet hops ever since they hit the scene. That being said, I don't dislike this beer in the least. I may or may not buy another can (or on tap if this pandemic passes soon), but I will certainly happily drink what I have left in my glass and leave it at that for now.
