Appearance - Pours opaque and pink in color with a head that dissipates nearly as fast as it's poured, leaving behind a barren surface with no lacing.
Smell - Straight up juice; guava and pineapple.
Taste - Follows the nose. Guava mostly, with notes of pineapple bite filling in between.
Mouthfeel - Medium-to-full in body with low-to-fair carbonation. Creamy texture before a mostly dry finish.
Overall - I like this. I do. But... beer? It tastes like drinking straight up guava and pineapple juice, with a splash of alcohol. How do I even begin to rate this? It's certainly not sour enough to fall into that wild ale / kettle sour type of justification. It's just straight up cocktail juice.
