This beer was brewed with a “West Coast” grain bill and “California” ale yeast... but, hop technique and water profile after a NEIPA!

Had on-tap at Claimstake Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a Willi pint, hazy and light orange in color with a mostly barren surface. No lacing.
Smell - Aroma is citrusy with some mild mineral character sitting beneath.
Taste - Follows the nose. Juicy with a bit of tangy orange and lemon, and a touch of pineapple. Undertone strikes me with a mineral quality. Finish leaves that citrusy, tangy tingle on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with low carbonation. Smooth, but finishes a bit watery.
Overall - A solid hazy, though the mouthfeel comes across a bit lifeless. Not the best hazy they have on tap right now, IMO.
