From tasting notes 10/29/20
Had on-tap at Claimstake Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a willi pint, slight haze and golden in color. Strong lacing, with broken sheeting/thick webbing decorating much of the glass.
Smell - Mild aroma. Mostly fruity, citrusy. Lemongrass?
Taste - Getting notes of tangerine, orange, hint of grapefruit, with hints of passionfruit and lychee. Touch of earth rides beneath. Finish brings pithy and grassy bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair, tingly carbonation. Super smooth, slick drinker before a lightly dry finish. A delightful drinker!
Overall - Solid WC DIPA. Super smooth. Interesting flavor. Would drink again for sure.
