Had on-tap at Claimstake Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a snifter, incredibly crystal clear and golden yellow in color with a thin, broken layer of suds and a thick ring hugging the outer edge. Fair lacing, with some broken webbing, broken lines and some small spotting.
Smell - Aroma leans citrus, with lesser green pine, tropical notes and a mild floral note.
Taste - An amazing balance of floral, citrusy, green pine and tropical notes.Mild bready undertone. Hint of lime as it reaches the finish. Clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Super slick on the tongue with a clean, easy finish.
Overall - Brilliant collab between Slice and Claimstake here. I really need to try more Slice.
