16 ounce can into pint glass; no can dating, but was just released locally. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy pale golden straw color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, coriander, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light notes of peppercorn, clove, banana, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus zest, fruity/light spicy yeast, moderate pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, coriander, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light notes of peppercorn, clove, banana, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal, floral, grassy, zesty bitterness; and yeast/coriander spiciness; and slight wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, coriander, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus zest, fruity/light spicy yeast, moderate pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and lightly sticky/zesty mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited American pale wheat ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus zest, fruity/light spicy yeast, moderate pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the mellowly bitter/spicy/drying finish; great soft feel. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance between vibrant citrus, spice, and American wheat yeast flavors; with a clean pale/wheat malt backbone, and mild earthy hop presence. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressively well made style example as expected.

A refreshing and light bodied American wheat ale brewed with coriander and zest from grapefruit and oranges. This one was well balanced but nothing awe inspiring.
