Pours a foggy pale orange with a few fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is citrus, herbal, and floral with a little lemon zest and clove behind. Crackery, biscuity malts layer over thin wafer malts for a crispy backbone. Flavor profile is wafery, biscuity, bready malts with hearty citrus, herbal, and floral over the top. It opens with malts, and brings in hops later for a dynamic shift. Lemon and bread come out later. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a slightly chalky texture. Towards the finish the texture smooths out to reveal a moderately-soft effervescence. Overall, hop play is great paired up with the crispy malt base. It's refreshing, with some punchy forward hop play at all levels.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can.
