Cloudy straw yellow with puffy white head. 4
Bread dough, clover honey, fuscia, pencil erasers, and pink grapefruit rind. 4.25
Dusty cream cracker, big rubbery phenols, a tart juice hit, and a sweet pear ester and lemon chiffon end. Chalky Canada Mint linger. 4
Creamy, almost medium, round. 4
Grapefruit Belgian Single
Mouth-watering nose - hits the juice + the Belgian both. Singel is a pretty grainy, stripped back style - no place to hide - and Whiplash’s penchant for fermenting high is coming through here, unfortunately. Slight ding for execution aside, this is an innovative spin on an underrated style, and very drinkable on top of that. 4.25
