Hazy blonde; passion fruit + fresh pine; speck of shortbread then crazy fresh sliced orange, slight tropical + hint of evergreen; soft with gentle cat scratch linger.

Simcoe
So. Damn. Juicy. Wringing more citrus out of Simcoe than I’ve ever seen. MO is providing a sturdy backbone that is balancing this to be less hoppy than some of their other beers (but this is ~5%er) but that’s probably a good thing. Brilliant back to basics brew from guys who know how.
