CAN
Milky blonde with steady carpet of white that rims; pine, ganga + oily mint leaf nose; hint of wheat cracker then ringing lime, dank, wild weed + menthol with hints of peach, evergreen + pineapple sorbet; silky + soft.

Strata
In the can a matter of days + shipped straight from the brewery, so this is as full a dose of Strata as you’re gonna get. And man, is it intense: there’s all the kronik greenery Strata is known for but also a deeper, herbal resonance that reminds me of Vic Secret. NEIPA esters sweeten things up for balance. If I’m finding fault, it’s a bit light, but with the pillowy body + reasonable IPA strength, that only makes it more drinkable.
A very accessible take on a new hop + something easy to like at a time when we’ve all got enough to worry about.
