Milky platinum with puffy white froth; waxy melon rind, yellow pear + lemon chiffon nose; crackery malt, tart pineapple, underripe cantaloupe, yellow apple, slight passionfruit, herb; soft + clean
Hallertau Blanc, Azacca, Bru-1

Mix of esters + hops on the nose; shame the taste doesn’t follow through. Muted for orchard fruit esters and, for 3 new school hops, underdelivers on aromatics - lean, yellow, and juiceless. No hint of 5.7%, but doesn’t give return for that ABV, either. Not particularly Belgian or hoppy - a beer without a purpose.
