CAN
Hazy bronze over crusty white cap; lemon zest, ganga + earth nose; tangerine, cantaloupe, peach, and herbal end; soft, light, smooth.

Idaho 7
Smells like I7 down the line: citrus + NeoMex (I’ve never gotten tropical off this hop + still don’t.) The taste is equally diverse, plenty of orchard fruit, especially nectarine.
I’m still trying to figure out why there’s melanoidin malt; I get little toast or malts in general. Mouthfeel, esters, brightness, et al for this to fit in as a NEPA, too, for those keeping score at home…
If I’m finding fault, the body is more 4.2% than 5.2%.
A light, eat-a-peach juicy, summery pale ale that brings a bit more than you might expect from a single hop.
