CAN
Viscous, opaque dark orange with a ribbon of white foam; nectar and sea air nose; light yoghurty tartness, a hit of apricot pulp, slight herb + lingering tangerine rind; smooth, round, low fizz.

On one level, there’s not much going on here: sourness, fruit, hops, are all low. Even the carbonation is understated.
On the other hand, that’s the genius of it: it’s super smooth, mellow, and quaffable. A better beer than Castaway, which is no small task.
While it could be more nuanced, it’s an easy beer to like, a suitable sessioner, and a good match for soft cheese.

If this is the standard bearer for Fruit Salad days, I’m in.
