CAN
Hazy pale blonde with pitted steady blonde head; nose of grapefruit, melon, sweet orange + gooseberry; tangerine, cantaloupe, mango, lychee, then light pepper end; spritzy, light, oily.

Nelson Sauvin
So bright + juicy - shows tropical sides I rarely see from Nelson Sauvin. Carter says a bit of sulfur on the nose; not sure I get that.
I’m missing a bit of that Nelson bite - it’s just not grapey enough (though the dryness is there) - so it tastes like a lot of other hops.
But bouncy, fun, fresh, easy and summery.

a nice light nelson sauvin driven pale ale here, hazy golden colour with one finger frothy white head with good retention, white wine, citrus fruits, pine and other floral aromas on the nose, dank, flavour wise though citrus fruits really leap out, still a definite vinous quality to it, some mango, really floral, hint of vanilla, light bitterness on the finish, light bodied with medium carbonation, smooth and silky, very drinkable, pretty solid pale ale
