i was at the bunsen on wexford street with a mate of mine, who pointed out to me that they had “the bunsen pale ale” on their drinks menu, i figured it would be worth a go, and joked to him that it would be made by whiplash… well sure enough, there came along the white can. this isnt whiplash’s finest work, far from it, but it does the job to accompany a burger, lime zest is added and plays a big role, lot of citrus flavour, nicely sweet, biscuity malt, low bitterness, light bodied, medium carbonation, super crushable, not an interesting beer by any means but not bad, a pleasant surprise for sure
