On nitro at Brewdog Dublin
Creamy tan nitro head over bright rust; dim fruity nose; fresh loaf crust, slight toffee, hints of peanuts + raisins, vague spice; clean and dry.

This is not terrible: the balance is there (even with low IBUs) and there’s a lightness, a raisiny croissant-type thing. Slight hint of roast as it warms, too, makes things more interesting.
But it needs to be punished for serving on nitro, which is just killing the nose.
And who exactly asked for a Smithwicks clone, anyway?
Does fine with wings and chips, I guess, but I’m bored drinking it.
