On draft at Big Romance, Dublin + CAN
Milky tan with loose white foam; peach, dank + lemon balm nose; pineapple, Seville orange, underripe peach + apricot, tangerine and resin; soft, lean, silky.
Vic Secret, BRU-1, Azacca

Lots of pineapple - that was always going to be the case with this hop combo. But that can mean a lot of things: candy sweet, earthily overripe or cuttingly acidic. Here it’s less of the first than you might want.
Overall, a wrestling match between dank and that tart tropical. Vic Secret is the X factor, giving hints of menthol + a dangerous edge.
New England, for sure - it’s still Whiplash - but not so much with the juice.
If there are fun NEIPAs, then this is a serious one.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma and flavour of citrus, mango, pineapple and pine needles, fairly bitter. Nice and enjoyable.
