Platinum blonde with piles of snowy froth; huge lemon hard candy + herbal nose; Carr’s, pencil erasers + circus peanuts, some hay, citrus peel, and vague mint end; crisp, light, dry.

Hersbrucker
Table beer with lemon and basil.
Presents well: brights as a button + a boomin’ nose - lemon zest + basil additions but showing up large.
The palate is not quite as promised: a thread of pils malt, Belgian esters + lemon, but Noble hop spice + leafy herb are low to absent. That’s made up for by the body, which is as soft yet light as a feather pillow.
WLP410 is one of the less phenolic wit yeasts, which tracks; this is looking to be clean, refreshing + drinkable, which it nails for sure.
Not sure if this is second runnings - table beers usually are - but fits the part for a summery, food beer. And bonus points for all that flavour in a 2.6% package.
Could this have done without the adjuncts? Probably, just because WL execution is just so on point.
