Lemon creme and pineapple sorbet nose; milky blonde with rimming ribbon of white; cream of wheat, grapefruit, melon and some earthiness; creamy, smooth, medium.

No-barley IPA: 60% wheat, 40% oats.

So this is just wheat + oats - no barley. That makes me suspicious this is a technical exercise for the sake of it, and that’s true. It’s yeasty where there should be some malts, and therefore dirty when it should be quenching. At least the hops are there…
