Strata, Mosaic & Cascade IPA brewed with our pals from To Ol. Bursting with fruity notes like peach and tangerine. It's a big, bright banger!

Slightly hazy brass with leggy white froth; peach, tangerine, and cantaloupe on the nose; candied lemon, apricot, bits of dried mango, honeydew + flowers, ganga, slight diesel, strawberry finish; soft, smooth, light-medium.

Mosaic, Strata, Cascade
A poor example of a NEIPA but an interesting beer, and here’s why:
There are lots of bright + juicy hops here, with berry Strata + melony Mosaic fighting earthier dank elements, and it’s suitably soft.
But it’s almost too thin, almost too dry, and almost too clear - right on the border of Mountain IPA.
And that’s the point: in the never-ending haze craze, it’s getting ever harder to know where the line is between NEIPA and just plain old modern IPA. Well, it’s here. This is the line.
In the end, it’s a gentle finish, plus oaty + salty enough, even if a whiff of Mosaic sweat is kinda ruining the balance.
Heavily influenced by To Ol, who are no NEIPA purists, but more drinkable + less cultish for it.
A fascinating compromise.
