On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy "ancient pink" colour, moderate off-white to pink head. Aroma of lactic acid, raspberries and blackberries. Medium sour flavour (not as sour as a real Berliner Weisse - TG) with the same elements as the aroma, fairly refreshing.

Luminous opaque fuschia with tall clingy dusky pink froth; raspberry frozen yogurt nose; oyster cracker, lemon zest, raspberry parfait, gentle lactic tang, and a whack of blackberry to finish; soft, fizzy, round.
4.25 x 5
Does so many things well, I need to list them.
Tartness is gentle, pushing this more towards the dessert - not cutting through soft cheese - branch of foodie sours.
Raspberries lead, but it never lets that turn into the “fruit is hard, we’ll just sub in a different one” (see also: cherries for strawberries) bait-and-switch by pumping up the blackberry with Bramling Cross.
The body is wheaty soft, with low sherbet carb + a touch of salt.
And somehow, there’s not acidic bite - neither from the sourness nor the fruit.
A mature, restrained, pleasant + easy sour; bandwagon jumpers, take notes.
