Italian Pilsner
Appearance of light straw. Bright and clear, rocky beautiful white foam. Pronounced hoppy aroma. Initial citrus notes of bergamot, blood orange & grapefruit. Noble, pleasant spice of white pepper, cedar and black tea herbal goodness.
Soft moderate bitterness, balanced, light bodied and crisp. Unobtrusive malt character, sitting tidy amongst its hop character with a quick vanishing finish that’s very refreshing.

On draft at Fidelity, Dublin
Bright gold with white froth that laces; white pan toast, sweet pastry, lemon zest, peach jam and marigolds on the nose; oyster crackers, hay, granola crunch, elderflower, cardamom and herbs; clean, dry, light.

Crispy boi!
A bright, refreshing quaffer this is superdry and clean, good for multiple pints.
Is it hoppier than most lager? Yes. Does that make it Italian? Dunno.
Credit for not making it grassy with the dry hopping or turning it into an IPL - it still goes down like a lager.
One of Whiplash’s most drinkable.
