West Coast IPA
Gluten free, West Coast IPA with Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado and a touch of Amarillo in the whirlpool. The final result has a marmalade-esque quality, notes of bitter orange and soft florals.
Pale Malt, Carapils, Columbus, Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado, London Ale 3

On draught at Underdog, Dublin.
Hazy bronze with ribbon of white; Sunny D and light pine on the nose; tangerine, passionfruit, vague toffee + spruce; light, clean, bitter.

Well, at least it’s West Coast: IBUs, hop character, and a non-zero hop presence are all in place and on style (though I wouldn’t bet it’s Crystal and not Munich.)
It’s also thin, underhopped, and lacking in character. But, at this ABV + in 330ml cans, that may be what they’re after.
Meh, by design.
Another proof point that Whiplash is not a beer geek’s brewery anymore.
