Nectaron, Idaho 7
A showcase for Nectaron, which delivers its namesake flavours in a well balanced package. Idaho 7 is quieter; not bringing cat or NeoMex wildness to ruin the fruit smoothie.
What’s truly notable here is the body: a silky, round NEIPA pillow, quite unlike the Mountain IPA lightness that Whiplash has been bringing lately. It makes for a dangerously smooth + moresih drink that belies the ABV.
I’m tempted to call it a return to form but you’ve got to ask: is it Garage doing the heavy lifting here?
Sad day when Whiplash only roll out the true NEIPAs for guests.
