Saphir is the featured hop; juniper and lemongrass show prominently.
There’s a chalky, hot chocolate marshmallow, candy edge; these honeyed malts kinda mute the 36 IBUs and make it cloy over time.
Sweetness makes it moresih, though, and still an easy summer quencher.
