Azacca, Chinook, Amarillo

Finally, a new Whiplash DIPA that does exactly what it says on the tin:
Azacca for pineapple + more tropical fruit cocktail, Amarillo for extra citrus, Chinook for the piney edge that keeps it honest; NEIPA esters; Super Pale, wheat + oats for a feathery but silky body.
It gets lusher + softer as it opens (though not more complex), doesn’t even burn much at 8.2%, and stays balanced.
Still 3rd tier haze, behind Verdant level and Fidens stratosphere. But the kind of beer Whiplash built their name on.

Return to form, of sorts.
