Strawberry Tartworld pours hazy and pale pink with juicy aromas of strawberry hard candy and soft yellow fruit. It’s lightly tart with fresh berry and zesty citrus flavours, rounded out with low bitterness and a pillowy mouthfeel. The unique characteristics of the experimental HBC 630 hops leave a complex and lingering fruity finish suggestive of peach and raspberry.

Poured a375ml can into a tulip. A one finger head soon diminishes to a thin layer. A cloudy deep peach. Some patchy lacing.
Fruit smells. Strawberry.
The taste is fruit forward. Complex fruit flavours. berries. Strawberry dominates.
Light body. Good carbonation.
An interesting and refreshing dry hopped sour.
