Tasted on tap at the taproom.
Golden beer with some orange. Little head or lacing. Strong bready malt with mild spiciness in aroma. Flavors of sweetbread and low cloves. Medium to thick body with creamy carbonation. Low bitterness, as appropriate for style. Strong alcohol presence. This is a decent tripel, but not outstanding; a little flat and lacking in depth of flavor.
