Mexican style lager (made with Barley and Corn) that finishes crisp and dry, but balanced. Refreshing!

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with no head that is not leaving any lace. The scent and taste followed common Mexican style lager beers. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Appearance: light yellow in color with a 1/4" head that broke down immediately.
Smell: very little aroma here as only some grassy tones are detectable.
Taste: mild malt base with some lemon zest, grass, and a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: light in body. Lightly crisp throughout. Refreshing.
Overall: this is very easy to drink but the flavors seem a bit muted for an export lager.
