Pours a grapefruit juice colour and consistency. Small but present head. The smell is muted pineapple. The taste is juicy, tropical (pineapple, mango, guava) with a bitter and dry hoppy aftertaste. Nicely bubbly

Hazy opaque yellow pour, a small fingers worth of lacing head. Juicy aroma ( as expected), Citrus, Grapefruit. Citrus and tropical fruit in the taste, a bit subdued - kind of like a lighter New England style IPA. Lighter body. Definite potential here, perhaps a tweak or 2 away from being great.

Quite restrained, judging from the nose, I expected more juiciness. Peach and orange missing in the taste, but lemon zest and grapefruit is apparent. Bright citrus notes, with a touch of lychee. Clean and smooth. Expect further strides from this brewery in due time. I must say, that I enjoy the cloudy/unfiltered/turbid appearance. Quite appealing IMO.

A - Poured a murky opaque dull yellow/brown colour.
S - Dank hop notes up front with lighter hints of citrus and tropical fruit.
T - A good balance of bitterness and sweetness. The flavour profile has notes of grapefruit with lighter tropical fruit notes. The overall flavour profile is nice, but could be kicked up a notch.

Despite a few days from the brewery, a most pleasant pale ale. Tasty and smooth though unfiltered. Cloudy golden. Thanks BC. The brewery has hit their stride.
