On tap @ Arabella Park - puts a clouded gold ale in the snifter with a puffy white cap - Mango, grapefruit and peach in the nose over some sweet bready tones. Flavor is a wonderful amalgam of juicy fruit tones, chewy cereals in a dry dusty body - finishes dry-fruity-bitter. Damn fine ale.

Nose is faint. Wheat lends a rounded/smooth mouthfeel, and a certain lingering spice on the palate. I must say that it tasted a bit muddled, and I did not detect a honey sweetness. If someone said that this adjunct was not present I wouldn't have doubted it. However, it was extremely refreshing on an oppressively hot and humid day. I just don't feel that the individual components were integrated well.

Thanks brian for the hookup. Honey in the finish. Very unfiltered green hop. Smooth. Explosive hop aroma at the open. More interesting stuff from these guys.

A - completely cloudy murky orange colour with a very thin layer of eggshell coloured head.
S - The nose isn't particularly strong. Lighter tropical fruit, lime, and orange rind aromas with a noticeable alcohol presence
T - A sharp bitterness is accompanied by citrus notes and a honey/caramel sweetness. The alcohol is noticeable in the finish.
F - medium body with light carbonation.
