Surprisingly hazy, pours a mountain of head, shows some good lace.
Leather and lime aroma is certainly unique and enticing.
The five-alive juicyness is there, but it doesn’t overpower the Brett which provides a pleasant funk. Restrained bitterness, but it does come through like grapefruit pith.
Light to moderate body has a slight creaminess and a crisp finish. I’m not a fan of the haze phase, but they’ve really provided a nice body to what could be a thin and dry brew.
I really should have bought another to see how the Brett develops.
