Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium to dark deep bronze amber with a fine, one finger light khaki head with great retention and lacing; looks nice. Aroma is biscuit malt, light grassy hops and a hint of citrus. Flavor follows with biscuit malt, mild dry grassy hops and a touch of lemon. Nice medium body with light to moderate creaminess. A laid-back amber with a pleasantly flavored raised biscuit malt and mellow hops. Could use a little more flavor depth, but hits the character of a malty amber, perhaps even a little English in tone. Not a style I buy very often, but this is a nice glass of beer. I seemed to have liked this more than most others.

Murky from the dry hopping, but good copper color. Slightly hoppy nose, not enough malt on the nose. Nice balance leaning towards hoppy flavor. Medium mouth feel.
