Weekly Kinsman - Chile Pepper Porter

Our Baltic Porter is not for everyone, it's a fact and that's OK. But for many, its big, rich, complex "chocolatey" character and smooth finish is divine. The beer reminds me of a mole negro in its layered complexity. To push it a little further toward that comparison, we've added some Ancho, Guajillo, and Chipotle peppers. The peppers amp up the earthy dried fruit base and layer in a top note that is just a slight kiss of heat.
