The Meditator pours a reddish brown color. Excellent clarity. A vigorous pour produced a two finger head that pretty quickly dissipated leaving no residual head. The aroma on the Meditator has strong grainy note - nutty, rustic, with this odd vegetal like aroma as it warms.
The flavor on the Meditator its really grainy - lots of nutty, grainy notes with that odd somewhat vegetal flavor coming through on the back end. its almost like dried leaves. I want to like the beers from Kinslahger so much, but they're just so hit or miss, and this is a real miss. Feel is thin, moderate carbonation, somewhat drier on the finish.
