This one is quite nice - the aroma is a bit weak, with notes of grainy bread and some spicy herbal Saab hops. It just doesn't quite pop - wish it had more. Flavor is better - bready malts provide a solid backbone but the hops really pop here. This is quite a nice beer.

Draft at Beerhead on February 4, 2020. Collaboration with Beerhead Bar/The Beer Market. A Czech-style Pilsner brewed on November 11th to celebrate the birthday of the original Pilsner (Pilsner Urquell) with a nod to the Czech Republic by using Czech Saaz hops.
