Lager fermented stout and coconut are staples of Jamaican life. Our lead brewer, Russhane, designed a recipe that brings together some of his favorite flavors and pays homage to his roots.

16oz can "Enjoy by 04/15/21" poured into a pint glass shows a maroon, when backlit, cola colored body and, at first floats a 1" strong head of mixed bubbles, that falls to a placid headless beer with a clean glass.
Aroma is roasty malt, more coffee than cocoa bean, and fresh air.
The flavor, while a lighter, medium feel, is solid dark malts and coffee with a reminder of coconut going away.
Overall a nice beer, although thin, even for a porter (maybe a brown with slightly more body) with the light touch on coconut.
