Our Prohibition Pilsner contains hops from Germany, Czech Republic and the United States, representing the heritage of pre-prohibition era American Pilsner. For this Kinsman, we thought it would be fun to layer an additional level of hop aroma with a dry hop dose of German grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh post fermentation.
