Pineapple and Canella infused India Pale Lager, inspired by the classic Mexican beverage known as Tepache. Canella is a type of cinnamon, also known as Ceylon or wild cinnamon. Its flavor and aroma skews floral and sweet when contrasted with the spicy Cassia variety of cinnamon most common in the US. This unique characteristic blends perfectly with the herein amplified ripe pineapple character of our IPL.
