We take our commitment to lager fermentation seriously, but we just couldn't say no to teaming up with brewers across the country in supporting the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF) by brewing Rising Hope IPA.
The recipe was created by Cigar City/Brew Bus Brewing in Tampa, FL and different breweries across the country (one per state), agreed to brew the beer and donate sales proceeds to NPCF. Kinslahger is proud to represent Illinois in this effort. NPCF is dedicated to funding research and clinical trials to find less toxic, more effective treatments for childhood cancer. Check out nationalpcf.org if you'd like to learn more about their work.
But what about the beer? Raspberry and rose aromas jump from the glass followed by orange zest on the palate and a soft dry finish. More of a clean lager fan? (shocking that you'd be subscribed to the Kinslahger newsletter) Maybe buy a four pack or two anyway and gift them to that friend of yours who loves this stuff. It's not often we get a chance to do good with our beer money, we hope you'll join us in taking advantage of this particular opportunity.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
