Each of the past 5 years co-founder Neal Armstrong has asked the brew team to make his favorite style, Hefeweizen. And each year the response has been, "if we can fit it in the schedule". Well this year it finally happened. Announcing, for the first time in cans, Ein Bier #6 - Neal's World Hefeweizen. Starting with our New World Wheat malt base, we fermented it with a storied German Ale yeast that pumps out tons of fermentation derived flavors like banana and clove.
