Nice bourbon touch from the 6 months in the barrel; not too much, not too little. Nice roasted malt and chocolate flavors too. It was a perfect sipper for a cool and windy day.

Deep dark brown in color. Decent roastiness in the flavor profile but not as creamy as I’d like for a big RIS. The body is also not quite up to par for such a big beer.
