Yards "Anniversary Sour"

Notes: Very hazy gold body beneath a bright white head. Aroma is malty and fruity with just a hint of earth and mineral. The flavor is full but not brash: with: funk, earth, mineral, fruit (apricot, apple), a metallic twinge... very cider-like with a hint of cherry. Very low level bitterness, median tartness. Fuller malt than expected. Medium to medium-light in body. Gently crisp. Remarkably easy to drink, yet complex and satisfying.
